Last-minute entry for the contest, let’s see if track can make it into the top twenty in just one day 🥷😁🇨🇿 #reapthebells In the fireplace, the fire crackles, on the pan, the schnitzel sizzles, Salad, cookies, full plates, everything’s set. The kids are happy, the parents pour wine, But not for long, there is peace in the air. They’re looking forward to gifts and the golden pig, No one knows that what is coming is not golden. I’m already on my way, but joy I do not bring, Once a year, the corpses of reindeer carry me through the night. The reindeer stop on your roof, Screeches and panting carry through the silence. Hooves carve tracks into the snow. Dead eyes glow red, Breath creates a dark mist. I lift my sack and step out of the sleigh, Each step melts the ground, the snow dissolves. I look through the window at your wife and kids, I quietly watch you as you sleep. You have no idea I’m so close, Blood drips from my eyes, it’s time to find the place. Some crack, hole, or to slip down the chimney. I crawl on the walls, tonight someone has to die. Slowly my heavy feet move down the hall, Slowly I scratch grooves into the wall, my nails break. I see the stairs and I crawl right up to them, The kids, the parents, everyone will see me today. The sack I drag behind me is already quite heavy, Whispers, growling, and the cries of children echo from it. The things inside are not toys, not even people, They decided to be naughty and I see everything! I see your secrets, your sins, and your deeds, The things you hope only you know and no one else. I’ll take you all on Christmas Eve, in my sack, Inside it, twisted bodies live, but not as you think. I look through the door, as you sleep in peace, I place the sack on the ground, release them, now you know. Sudden, fast movements you’ve never seen, Terrible screeches and sounds you’ve never heard, Don’t worry, it will be quick, just a few moments. I’ll rip you from your bed and throw you into the sack. Around you twist the arms and legs of those, Things that squirm like worms in the dark. They whisper your name, calling you to them! Outside, the reindeer are impatiently waiting, I get in the sleigh, aiming back to the forest. Where everything ends. Your scream gets lost in the wind, Your scream turns into screeches, You are one of them now, forever. As a keepsake, I’ll leave under the tree A doll without eyes and with a twisted body. From the forest, I head to another house, To another bed, and another tree. I advise you not to be home, I advise you not to be outside, Santa is no longer nice, I’m worse than Koschei
