I hope you know ive tried Even all the times ive lied Theres stuff on my mind And it just doesnt sit right I know ive not been kind But ive still goy my whole life To stop things and do right And to show i love you one more time So please never leave my side till the very day i die I think that it will be alright and it will lighten my heart tonight After recent events and people always saying theyre alright I think i need some me time before the end of this flight tonight So when i look up to the sky i ask myself why Why did i go out on the grind Why didnt i look after all my guys Why does its fuck with your head Why did i let my bro just die Im so messed up i dont even know why Ive seen a load of shit im traumatised Ive been smoking this spliff cuz it makes me feel alive I might just go a kip and get over and done with this life Ill just give it a shot and let it have one more try Now im looking up and all these stars are so bright Im being blinded by dark so i cant even see the light I lost a few hearts and now my chest is going tight Ive only gained scars now im deep in the dark side Feeling like darth maul with this evil locked inside I know its to late to turn into a jedi knight But ill try and try till i shine But just let me stop going on the grind tonight
