frustrated and Depressed

Feeling so depressed feeling so frustrated don’t know what to do. Feeling so mad I want a dab and trying to get rid of this feeling cuz it’s such a drag Feeling depressed feeling so upset I wish I could go back but I can’t I just need to meditate thinking about the fun times and how will get them back but I’ll be back just a bump in the road I know things will go back together and things will get better cuz this shit dont heal over night but I’ll be coming back for more careful about what I do cuz I don’t wanna go through this shit again I’m so threw. Feeling this way got my mind thinking and glad I didn’t choose drinking. Man this got me thinking am I really sinking to that dark place again nah just getting mixed up up with my emotions again!!! Feeling so drained but I can’t complain people say things will get better one day just gotta remember don’t beat yourself up just gotta stay up and when you fall get your ass back up!!!
