When I woke up in the morning,
I got a strange feeling,
Today’s gonna be the day
Gentle make millions,
Gentle do it on my own,
Gentle get it, Gentle hustle,
Anybody that, gets, in my way,
Gentlemen kill
Cuz I’m tired of the pain I feel,
Gotta find a way to heal,
Living life, Check to check,
Getting debts, Paying bills,
These haters like to say I won’t,
Say I won’t, I say I will

Trap music developed during the period of the 90s to 2000s, typically in the south of the US. It is usually recognised by the beat involving hi-hats, bass drum and synthesisers. Lyrically, themes involve typical violence, club life, drug culture and street life.

Gangsta rap evolved from the mid-80s from hardcore rap, mainly defined by the lyrical content about gangsta lifestyle usually based on crime and violence.
