All we got is up

(Verse 1) I was born in the struggle, raised by the pain Every day's a battle, but I'm still in the game Grew up in the hood, where life ain't fair But I never let it break me, I'm a nightmare Used to sleep with hunger, dreaming of a feast Now I'm on my grind, making moves in the East They say life's a marathon, well I'm running fast Dodging obstacles and leaping over the past (Verse 2) Can't forget the times when we couldn't pay the rent Electricity cut off, candles were our only scent But I stayed focused, never lost my sight Determined to make it, even in the darkest night Mama worked two jobs, just to make ends meet So I hit the studio, grinding to my own beat No silver spoon, just a heart full of ambition Turning struggle into strength, that's my mission (Verse 3) They tried to bring me down, but I rise above Every punch they throw, I turn it into love They say success is sweet, well I'm craving it I'm on a mission, can't afford to quit I've been knocked down, but I'm never out I'll keep fighting till I reach the top, no doubt Struggle made me stronger, it's my driving force Every setback just fuels my source (Verse 4) From the bottom to the top, that's where I'm headed No shortcuts, I'll earn it, don't you ever forget it I hustled in the streets, now I'm making moves Leaving my mark, changing the rap game's groove I represent the struggle, the voice of the unheard I'm breaking barriers, my rhymes are like a sword No matter the odds, I'll keep pushing through 'Cause the struggle made me, and Imma to pursue
