- [ ] CEEZY in the gym working out because he trying to get skinny they say hard work pays off Soon my abs will show but it’s not only ab workouts you workout other parts of the body like the arms yeah you know CEEZy wants big muscles 💪 💪 so he can flex on them everywhere I go they will know CEEzy a strong man 👨 lifting heavy weights making his arms a lot stronger ain’t nobody gonna say CEEzy weak yes sir 7 days a week he be going to the gym did you know that I be squatting 135 pounds in the gym no cap for real right also working out the legs you got to have strong legs too but that’s only on leg day doing leg workouts can’t forget about the back doing back workouts in the gym every damn day working out is uh must yes running 1 mile on the treadmill got me sweating 😥 drinking lots of water to keep me hydrated I do be walking sometimes to for 2 miles walking is good for you too gotta walk sometimes I like going for walks early in the morning talking about 5:00 am
