Ode to the Broken Heart O sorrowed heart, with wounds so deep, Thy tears like rivers ceaseless weep. In shadows cast, where light is dim, Thy hopes and dreams have grown so grim. In depths of anguish, thou dost dwell, In love’s cruel grip, thou art compelled. But fear not, dear heart, for hope remains, A beacon bright, amidst the pains. For in the depths of sorrow’s night, A strength emerges, burning bright. From ashes rise, like phoenix’s flight, Thy spirit soars, regains its might. Though love may wound, it also mends, And in its wake, a new life sends. For broken hearts can heal and grow, Embracing scars, a story to show.
