as the rain falls upon us all washing away the impure twisted thoughts that stains our souls loosing our grip on reality everything out of control sorrow filled apologies as we grow old my how the years have taken their toll most of us past away the few that survived living but barely alive so much pain bottled up inside with every night ending in prayer hoping that i wont awake in the morning so disappointed that its not my time and i have to wait limited mobility hearing impaired vission nearly gone not too mention all this gray hair and now old and alone nobody comes by or even calls my phone often i wonder if im really all alone but as the rain falls apon us all it washes away the faded memory of yesterday the fresh sent of the air no thoughts of anything life as quick as it is isnt fair spending my days in the nursing home knowin that nobody cares i smoke me a cigar as I sit in my favorite chaire staring at nothing going nowhere in a hurry not much left that can hurt me death is a reward im so deserving paitently. waiting my corpse now on a slab in a furnace burning turning to ash as they burn me
