yeah try doing a freestyle with a song that you know the lyrics and kind of like manipulate and rearrange your the flow like I take breaks don't try to run it all together especially if you're not able to run
there's so many artists like Little Dicky or Eminem who's done freestyles but they've been kind of like a ciphers like they already knew what they were going to say and it wasn't really a freestyle
check out my song called PGH cracker dick this is the perfect example the first part of the song is a freestyle and then the second and third verse is the song that I pretty much just memorized and was able to recreate from memory so it's like a freestyle but it's lyrics that already know
