The sun did not shine It was to wet to play So we sat in the house All that cold, cold day I sat there with Maddy We sat there us to And I said how I wish we had-. something to do To wet to go out, to cold play ball So we sat in the house We did nothing at all So all we could do was sit sit sit and We did not like it Not one bit And then something went bump How that bump made us jump Then we saw him the cat step on the mat and we said why do you sit like that I know it's wet and the sun is not sunny but we can have lots of fun and fun is funny I know some good games we could play we had a lot of good tricks but there was delay we had trouble deciding what we could play we looked outside and their was no rain and we had a good day
