FINGERTIPS

There’s movements under my nose, baby I can feel you presence/ warmth on my face the expression of your essence/ trans sends through my mind body and soul/ ready to give everything I have letting it go/hand join in hand nobody is perfect/ yet the most important thing to us is really knowing that it’s worth it/ we’ve done soul searching on our separate time/ coming to the same conclusion that together we shine/ I try to let the past be the past relax and breathe easy/ and putting in the work requires my hands to get greasy/ sometimes I wonder how I would react if you decided to leave me/ how would I cope with that realistically/ the basic fundamentals of life, that help us function/ when they’re not there can bring out life into a dungeon/ it’s got me thinking for me thinking baby about you and wondering where you’ve gone. HOOK: You know I ain’t gonna leave when the job ain’t done/ thinking of the shared memories of us having fun/and then you planning a trip for my birthday/ and Me taking off that time on a work day/ I mean turning 35 is a milestone/ pause for a moment of silence like a dial tone/ the appreciation you’ve shown is heart felt/ got my mind spinning around like a cartwheel/ something we both get stressed/ yet we’ve both been blessed, enough to know the difference of what’s it’s like to have less/ so I can’t think of anyone else I would rather choose/ meaning you hold a special place in my heart all I want is you/ HOOK::: 😁😁😁😁
