Mental Health Day

130 in the morning im still mourning losses I've been storing in my mind thoughts are soaring voices in my head are roaring circus lions never boring just walk away this a warning sirens are sounding so beware beware of dog and im the bitch my sewn heart has a broken stitch shake your fist in my face I won't flinch shot clock running out take the bench im ignoring your bs I jumped that fence im feeling numb soothe me like a child would suck their thumb help me remember where I come from listen to my music continue to hum if I can't jam then I'm in trouble major my attitudes got many flavors searching for our Lord and savior please God help me be braver teach me to ignore the haters I need a mental health day I need things to go my way tired of my rope that frayed I've been played I used to have it made I need a mental health day.
