Started out young so I had to understand That I was gunna grow up fast and be a man No dad by side so I had to step in his shoes Mama on drugs running wild she was on loose But it didn’t stop me I just keep pushing through Thankgod I had my granny for all the stuff I went through if it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I’d be… (I love you nana I miss you fly high baby girl your weee my one and only) Never gave up had to make a way for myself and my sis so I was in the streets hustling nicks on the block till 3 tell I had enough for soups and chips looking up at the stars praying for a wish from above a way to make it out a way to make a future I see a nigga change and that’s exactly what happen look at this changes this shit ain’t no where near the same ( I been so blessed thankyou lord) No matter what just keep pushing through ask the lord for help I promise he’ll come thru you can come from nothing but he loves us all the same just reach out to him he already know your name life a struggle so we got to have faith and we will find it in him it’s the only place
