American Manhunt

I have started to watch “American Manhunt” Osama Bin Laden. On Netflix. Episode 1 done. The only question that I have so far is why change the entire missions purpose of bringing Osama Bin Laden back to the US. Alive or dead. Even a piece of his body. Changed to facial recognition and a DNA blood sample. I mean when the entire purpose was to destroy his mission that will lead his soul to Jannat(heaven). By burying his dead body within 24 hours the US basically helped in freeing his soul for Jannat(heaven).
