I bought an outfit from JD Sports again. Nike brand. Colour purple. You can see that on my cover art. My Facebook profile pic as well. My auditory hallucinations say it looks lit. From Monday I’m going back to the gym. For over 2 hours time spent. Afternoon to evening. I was just on the phone with my cousin who resides in New Zealand. He was telling me his workout plan. He told me to use everything herbal. None of that Whey Protein. He has lost 20 kilograms. 2 and a half months in time frame.
