I had satsang with a Punjabi family member on Sikhism and I took interest in listening. My auditory hallucinations were talking about liberation from the cycle of birth, death and rebirth. And my sisters music in the car changed to Ik Onkar. I came home to watch a documentary on Bindy Johal. I hallucinated on my former boss a gangster to unite with Waheguru at last. High on bud.
