I am fell blind in the night

I am lost in time I am feeling blind where am I I am blacked out but I can still see barely I can not speak I mind is going every where it dose not feel fine I am hurting there bad but I will not stop this I feel like laying down but I can’t even speak I am trying to ask but no reaction by anybody nobody can think I need help I am blacking out now I am not I have goose bumps on my legs and arms my hole body has goose bumbs I feel alright but I neeeeeeeeed sleep right now but my mom will not allow but I got to put in the work
