random thoughts about hip hop.

this isn't even a song i dunno if i can do tgst here but this is just my thoughts. it seems this whole rap thing is a dick measuring contest. so many hip hop tropes I try not to be. for one I guess I'm a white rapper but that I even have to say that feels weird. because I'm genuinely not racist. I hate hearing the n word. the one that rhymes with wigga. two that rap seems to be either show off or keep it real. lyrics about fucking bitches and having money. I don't wanna be that. I'm having a hard time finding genuinely amazing hip hop. I've been listening to immortal technique and ra the rugged man along with eminem. ren and logic are worth mentioning. I think it would be a cool idea to make hip hop beats with real instruments instead of drum machines. I love hip hop for the ability to say what I want to say. but at the same time it feels like there's so many rap cliches I don't want to be. my theme is what I call hope rap. basically this world is crazy but we can get through it together. I feel I have such a different prospective of rap and hip hop and what it could really be. a motivational force that keeps you going when times are tough. cause let me tell ya times are tough right now. so yeah my random thoughts.
