🕯️Alchemy and You🕯️

PRACTICING JESSICA: How many times it's happened today? I've lost count, and yet, still not enough. At a point, my emotions sneak up on me. And from mindfulness practice, Into the dream-state, I transmigrate. Blissfully aware of only you. Then, suddenly, also, of all the emotions. I wonder, can you imagine it? It's like suddenly becoming aware, After some time, That I've been standing in a raging fire! At that moment, my mind explodes! Into countless avenues, Corridors of love for you. And possibilities in life with you. Overtime, the esteem I hold for you, It grows and grows until I can't even fit, Until no longer in my own mind..... Do I even belong. 🥺 This is when my experience changes. I experience you AND losing you, 🥰 AT ONCE. 🤯 DeepSarrow😭 & ecstaticJoy🤩 together! A feeling So intense, that it's unbearable. Then, becoming aware of awareness, I become immediately aware of this dream. Aware it had happened, And aware that it has vanished, Simultaneously! And all at once! This creates a vacuum for mindfulness. Mindfulness then returns. That was incredible, I think. To my practice, I attempt to re-adhere. But your gravity is too powerful. After what felt like ions of aimless drifting, Through the infinite void of space. Only now...................Just Now! .........As I witnessed you emerge..... Out of the darkness within darkness, Can I know that I was pulled here, And that it was by you. I'm dying to tell you about it all!p The excitement, It's reminiscent of childhood snow days! And again, Here and Now, I am today, The dream-state now fully dissolved, Awareness now fully illumined, With equanimity of mind reestablished, I notice the desire to illustrate my predicament. And after some.............🤔🧘 I can recognize 3 points of reference, Within the ineffable.....🧐 Non-Locality of Mind-Space. Focusing not thereupon, But directly adjacent to, As to not lose sight of that, The light within the darkness, I'm able to stay with them until.... They take directly seeable forms. 🔴 🟨 💙 Thr3e raw abstractions, From the ineffable invisibility, Take their forms respectively. And eventually find their articulation, Within the confines of these 3 statements: Very Quickly you've become........ 1. My favorite thought. 2. My favorite practice. And............ 3.
