Atone

here's a bit of honesty straight from my life it's free I gotta start it off with a bit of background while some may think it's soft my journey had a few bumps that felt like a hill upward bound as a kid dreaming big eyes wide innocence a gift going through friends not just tex but then headed west oregon done and filled my life with lessons ones meaning changes that were meant mostly good yet at times didn't feel that blessed letting go, betrayed, said some things that were better meant to stay in the shadows of my mind entry to hollowed grounds now denied but I try to surprise myself in the blink of an eye I'm feeling alone not seeming so great getting harder as the years start to age always alone have to atone for the worst made mistakes pressure in my face I need to live I need to give freedom to my soul now my step can begin deliver me from the darkest part of my story I hope trusting I can lift the pace and start to chase the best of life ready for another race got my mind solid strong fell in love with the grind push the limit of my rise no excuses shoot to fly I'm feeling alone not seeming so great getting harder as the years start to age always alone have to atone for the worst made mistakes pressure in my face
