never to give up

Prey for me im trying to go quitely But im a disturbance nightly I need someone to guide me Bordem is my downfall Get in my head always trying to hustle  Next thing im sipping on a drink all inabitiouns go and i give my supplier a call  Back in the drug game i go Thats just putting me back in trouble My family i cant lose but the money got me in a noose Hanging over my head  Ready to get me caught up and hung up in that vicious cycle In the system go to jail without a program let me out and want me to pay em cant get a job  Cause of my background  Have no money give em and what options does that give me Right back out selling on the streets just so i can give the county my cheese Dont care if my kids got roof and food on table Cause my wrongs got me labled  Cant get ahead cause of my past And i know staying out of jail wont last My children are suffering they havent done nothing Let us be able to care for them Cause there not the ones that did the crime now they are being homeless and having nothing thinking parents going to jail and worrsociet why dont society give people another chance  Cause the past is the past Holding me back i didnt do something that bad I tried to get ahead on my own  But no one lets me put a foot in the door and hang up the phone Now sitting here discouraged What do i haveforedgewalk around and foredge  Beg someone for money  To get some sausage Swallow my pride and handle humility But i know im better than that i have ability It just takes one person give me an oppurtunity But to find that its hard to come by  I have to take time away from my family so my kifs dont see me cry Gotta be strong kids gotta have something to hold on Trying to raise em right  But they see me struggling theysee me pondering they see me always looking for something to make money on Its a bad feeling got do something i might be regretting Thats not showing positivity But putting me in a bind and negetivity When they grow up hope they dont think less of me Hope they learning that getting in trouble is not a good feeling So i do what i can to keep them safe and let them be children Yeah thats societies way of reforming throw people back in jail and dont have programs for them They breeding kids to become criminals cause thats what there seeing BUT AS LONG AS THE COUNTY KEEPS U IB THAT CYCLE THEY STACKING MONEY TO THE CEILING reep want u sow cause this is what the government created Fuck the authorities
