I’m thinkin bout my life and where Im at, And all the complications I’ve had, Baby How’d things get this bad, An angry kid always pissed off I’ve had, Enough of my my own bullshit and excuses, I let myself be changed, become useless, In my heart there’s a fire that is ruthless, Hurt or Help it depends how I use it, People change and it ain’t always for the better, But I need to make a change for the better, If I don’t then Ima be damned, Can’t let my loved ones find an open letter, You ask me if I understand, I type “sure” then press send, I love you but we just ain’t on the same, Wavelength and I can’t take this pain, You nevah know what I’m sayin, Take it too far when I’m just playin, But I was always on your side, Stayed faithful and I take pride, We came so far and we lost sight, Of what we both felt those nights, And I ain’t blaming you that’s just life, I let petty things eat me up inside, Now I’m lost but it’s alright, I’ll find myself again I can’t hide, I hope you find the peace that you need, I hope you find happiness and be, The person your meant to grow into, You’re already special I knew that when I met you, So if this is goodbye, I’ll see you on the other side, Love yourself and take pride, Cuz baby you’re a prize.
