decided to go personal today in Hopes of helping other like me who suffer from depression and or other mental health conditions added the picture to prove that I'm brave enough to stand up against poor mental health also for authenticity ps. I know I'm ugly dont need to tell me #DepressionSucks #SilentBeast #Flyrbuoyant #Personal #Raw have you ever been so down, you dont know which way is up so anxious you feel like you're gonna up chuck you're so stuck in the muck just want to scream fuck fuck fuck! if you could see the damage from poor mental health you'd see bruises and cuts hell people even cut their wrists up they come up with lists of what to give us right before they pass away before they melt off this Earth so lost and dont know how to put ourselves first might as well be constantly followed by a hearse cuz we're ticking time bombs there's no will to live that's just the way it is when living with depression; the silent beast silent but deadly no one will ever be ready to face it cuz let's face it how could we ever prepare ourselves for the feeling that's worse than death itself? it's like putting "crucio" on your brain and you just keep struggling to stay sane feels like we always taking the blame living with the shame "I need help but no one feels the same" so how can they really help me feels like everyone is saying hey dont be sad which just makes me mad then I go off which make me feel bad like whoa who's that psycho? who's that monster, walking disaster
