what if (pause) I decided to follow the masses and hide, decided to drink all these media lies, decided to keep all these lyrics inside, never tried and never looked up at a sunrise until i slit my wrist and met my own demise, religion had me scared and organized, until i read the word, to my surprise churches characterize and victimize the crowd until they fall in line, religion i have to decline! now i define this spiritual line, inside my mind connected to my soul now i talk, to the devine intertwind ryme with the passing time, i learned to climb out of the darkness into the light sparking my soul to ignite! removing these chains god taught me how to take flight!
