They got me trapped in jail and im just waiting for my bail Over here in this seclusion It seems as if life's a delusion. I be reminicin on the days i was free And i remember playin on the shore of the sea As i grew older i started hangin on the street And even though i was a really good seed. I had bad friends who'd sell all types of drugs And the thought of going home got me nuts Didnt want my mom to know i did all these drugs. With my homies I'd make lean in jugs Drinking and giving eachother hugs Life really pretty much got messed up Now the police found out and at that moment i thought i had let my mom down. So i fought the police trying to get free Got caught and thrown in the penitentiary. Now im just waiting to get free. Thinking of the pain i made my family feel. I would kneel thinking it wasn't a big deal and that once i got free Imma give the police a cap peel. It wasnt me who made the dough of the drugs it was my friends who were the real cucks. Thinking of all this i would remember mom saying a man is known by the company he keeps.Now i guess there's no need to weep so imma just go to sleep.

Why do I not understand your raps? Do they have a meaning or a story behind them?I've always wondered if every rap has a story behind it cuz I don't always understand.

whether u are doin it poetically, abstract,conformitive,offbeat,mediforically? so many different ways an types of styles it's crazy study'n grammar, spelling an poetry by writers helps out
I'll try to work on the flow as well.Im only 15 years old and till when do u think I can begin to rap and freestyle properly.
English isn't my first language.I just listen to 90's rappers like 2pac, Biggie,Eazy E,Eminem etc and search up the meaning of the words I don't understand to increase vocabulary.
poetry is what we do.. and poets is what we are!! many different ways to make a poem... many different formats too but when it comes to hip hop and emceeing? we have to go with the flow... period
how? well the way I was taught was to always try to keep the bars in sync with the beat.. follow the snare and keep the lines rhyming but on track with the subject matter
and once you do that... I'm positive that you can be a really good EMC!! you just need a little bit of help with the flow and the word play... and imma help you out with that cuz I see potential
