What happened to Rap?
I guess I'll never understand what has happened to rap It's probably better off if we leave the past in the past And everybody mumble raps, you think that act should get cash? I'm bout to smoke these motherfuckers like their asses were grass See I was just that motherfucker in the back of the class Making dumb ass excuses to get that bathroom pass Cause I was somewhat a nuisance And had a passion to rap But from the cuts and the bruises My soul was blacker than black It's hard to stomach the truth But I'm spitting facts at you fast And I was under the noose Wasn't my tragedy sad? But I've got something to prove So now I'm glad to be dad I'm going harder than ever You gon' be happy im back Never settle You better do Something better Than fretting over the cheddar Or settling a vendetta I'm betting theres Something better Ahead of the stormy weather I'm getting so fucking cold I'm already knitting a sweater I'm clever do nothing Better than sever all the competitors let em know I'm a veteran Heading on up to heaven I'm crazy I think its evident Probably need some medicine Demons up in my head again
