that midnight train

Whoooot.. whooooot.. whoooooot.. that midnight train was coming.. man it was coming but we aint know.. we was just sitting round funning.. it was 11:56.. and i aint gonna lie.. the stamps had just hit and it was time to fly.. we off to the store.. what you need my guy.. ma'am .. anything more... we gone .. back in no time.. and since we had time to kill you drop by the hood store to keep me chill.. afterwards we pull up at the mart.. we realized you aint got yo purse and thats when the shit starts.. and we curse.. till we pull up in the drive.. keys if you don't mind.. be right back.. the shit unfolding inside hit me like a fucking ball bat.. but i wasn't ready for all that.. the old man was pacing back and forth.. and as i make to the door.. I see her on her side of the bed folded on herself mostly dead stuck between the wall and floor. suspended by her head.. I heard a horn and it wasn't from a car.. it was a train off in the far. i grabbed her up to administrator C.P.R. till the medics come.. at the end there was no one to blame.. it was her the conductor and the station.. he let her in without hesitation.. and they were off for her final destination... make no mistake you will be missed.. and we know you looking down from heaven with a hug and a kiss. love you Mrs Francis.. its not yo fault we was left with this pain.. all aboard that midnight train..
