Street Mob Freestyle Diss
Just a quick lil freestyle diss against Street Mob in response to their diss track against my crew. I'm not that great at freestyling but I enjoy it, so it is what it is, but Jiant kills it, so don't sleep on the last verse! For me, diss tracks are rarely personal; there's no hate involved whatsoever. It's all in good fun, for practice (to better my pen/perfect the craft), and to entertain, not to make anybody feel bad about themselves or spread negativity! There's a common misconception that battle rappers hate their opponents, but this couldn't be farther from the truth. Do boxers or UFC fighters hate all their ops? Of course not! It's the same for battle rapping and diss songs as it is for any MMA fight - we just fight with our words and our minds. That's how I see it. Every person who I've ever battled I respect greatly, and I find it regrettable that I ended their careers in some cases.
