Memories flash, like a film on rewind, Wishing for the days when I was lost up in the grind, But now I’m staring at reflections full of doubt, The things I love are fading, i gotta scream it out. Friends and family, they’re the treasures I hold, But time's a thief, man, it’s ruthless and cold, im Chasing dreams, but the endings swiftly creepin in Im in Fear of losing moments, where do I begin? I don’t want to die, i jus t wanna find peace, im Searching for the meaning, im praying for release, So I pick up a pen and start writing these lines, hoping I don't run outta time . Im In a race with life, ya its movin too fast trying to elevate and separate myself from my past cuz time is ticking, life’s a race, I can’t escape Thoughts of dreams I chased, now they fade away, I contemplate, Midlife crisis creeping, I can see the ending in my rearview, im having Memories of laughter, but the silence feels cold and blue Lookin’ at the clock, hands spinning like a cyclone, Wishing I could rewind my life back to my comfort zone, I see the ones I love, their faces etched in pain, Every second lost, feels like I’m caugt in the rain. going insane ---------- Passions flicker out, like candles in the night, Chasing what I love, but it’s slipping out of sight, I don’t fear the end, just the moments left behind, ibGotta make it count, before I run out of time.
