Still crazy how I won 1st place throwin a discus 119ft couldn’t feel my fingers or face, the thing that made me crash out wasn’t the pain or the fact I was struggling but never complained, it was the fact that my coach said, good work, now get in the 3rd lane, your running a 4 by 4 relay race— HAHAHA—Yeah uh huh— beep beep beep— Mom come get me out of this place, this bitch has lost her mind and she can’t risk losing her face I ain’t gon catch a case, let my absence give the ruling in its place that was my last day of 8th grade, funny how the time just takes off and don’t even wave, before you know it your 19 and nothing got any breaks but somehow shit still caves, shits bogus, shit makes you or breaks you, used to be sweet, used to be soft, now my hands got calluses, and scars like unknown story’s or the memories in 4K, our life’s shape us in who we are today, but we control the mold, sometimes it’s different from the display, if I told you all the shit shows that I hold in my head, you’d wonder how I ain’t dead, and that’s the one answer I turn up empty handed with, late night in bed.
