You will reach the gates all you have to do is pray to Jesus and confess that you are a sinner and that you want him to come into your heart and that your believe he died on the cross for our sins and he will forgive you. We still sin as humans but he will restore your hurt. You can lay your burdens at his feet. Don’t store treasures here on earth everything on earth turns to dust but store your treasures in heaven where everything last forever. Where you store your treasures your heart will be. I don’t know you but I can tell you are going through a lot and I pray in Jesus names that he protects you and guides you and that you feel the Holy Spirit
