I Need You Lord
(Verse 1) Woke up this morning, heart heavy like a stone, Searching for the light, feelin' lost and all alone, Every step I take, I need Your guiding hand, In the chaos of this life, Lord, help me understand. (Verse 2) When the shadows creep, I call upon Your name, Through the trials and the storms, I’m never playin' games, You’re my rock, my shield, through the fire I will stand, With Your love in my soul, I can conquer this land. (Verse 3) Every tear I shed, You catch 'em in Your grace, In the darkest nights, Lord, I see Your face, I’m rising from the depths, got my eyes on the skies, With faith in my heart, I can’t help but rise. (Verse 4) So I’m reaching out, yeah, I’m seeking that light, With You in my corner, everything feels right, No more doubts, no fears, I’m ready for the climb, With Jesus in my life, I’m living for the prime.
