Lost in my own shadows, no sun light searching for me to see a day of time, I been chasing my dreams in wrongs way looking back at it im sick to myself why i dealt with all the addiction that took me from the start swept me off from reality into the dark I'm blind taking every step that feels I'm just collapsing in own head i got them voice telling me it's not enough feels like a fight I've been dealing back and fourth with this life running in this cold maze I’m just a pawn on this ground ain't no different from the other trying to find peace the world is cold just ignoring the truth Mind’s racing, thoughts pacing, can’t catch a break in this life of struggling just to live a day feels like every choice feels heavy, i been eating away the world’s on my plate. Stress knocking on my chest, like a thief in the night, aint no freedom we just roaming it’s nowhere in sight just another me and you Heart’s in a battle, but the war’s in my head, Wishing for it to end, I’m just lost instead. Searching for answers in my own shadows, no sun light searching for me to see a day of time, been trying to piece together what makes me normal. Wandering streets where the echoes don’t fade, Life’s a puzzle, I’m stuck in the shade. Yearning for clarity, but the fog’s all around, Just a man on a mission, trying to stand my ground.
