Yesterday I ordered “Shilajit” a tar form of 85+ natural minerals. Found in Himalayan mountains. Before research Shilajit was known as the natural viagra but after some research a lot of other benefits has been affiliated with it. The most common being weight loss and anti aging. My cousin from New Zealand suggested it. For a while now he has been using it. I seen the difference in him. Shilajit also can put a stop to Alzheimer’s disease. Which I’m currently suffering.
