Mistakes

I wrote this track while I was locked up for a parole violation. At the time I wrote this track I didn't even have the actual beat to write to it. I heard the beat the summer of 2016 and I couldn't get it out my head. I ended up in the hole for a fist fight or something while doing my parole violation time. I wrote this shit in the hole aka solitary confinement aka the Shoe aka IMU aka the clinck I wrote the song in like 30 minutes maybe an hour tops. And that is incredibly fast for me. If u know me then u know I don't write like that at all. I love this beat. I know I wrote it a little different then Gates did when it comes to counting the bars and where the hook should be and where I actually put my hook. To me I feel like it was straight the way I put it together for not having anything to listen to but what was playing in my head. No real beat or drums except me banging my fist on my metal table in the hole. I felt like it turned out to be a decent track when I really put it on wax. It could be better I know but recording on my phone at the time was my only option .
