from the heart (HOOK) is a beautiful day x(many) (VERSE 1) first thing first gotta hit my knees and pry,, gotta thank the lord for all the things he's done for me, and after that I take off like a rocket but without a set of wings. ok I gott it and now they envy me they wanna be just like me, had no destination is like I had no navigation but I made my dream my passion and now I use that as fuel to reach my destination had to many hesitation but I had to step up,, (BRIDGE 1) and face my fears.. is a wonderful feeling breaking bread with the fame man,, especially looking back from where we came to where we at at, life was hard hunger nights and sealings leaking from the rain wasn't enough to break us now his glory shin on us its wonderful days (HOOK) is a beautiful day x(many) ( BRIDGE 2) yeah to much on my mind had me feeling like am loosing it so I try my best to keep it sober there's no booze in it mama always praying for me so there's no way am loosin it but anyways I always knew that I good at this (VERSE 2) now trying my best to keep up with everyone especially my peers so am picking up pase but it still feels like stuck at the same place while they upgrade and know the man in the mirror let him be my only combatetion (BRIDGE 3) that's what I tought myself man, as longs as I look in the mirror and see a little bit of change than before that's aright man that's how I gonn take my steps even if that's baby steps I don't have to work on nobody's pase that's how you end up wrecking yourself king yeah keep it real.
