Throughout the song, he very happy to experience all of the things he would never have ever done in his life, and then gets a text from Young T’s girl. He knows it was his chance to hit with a female and get laid, and prepares to go on a date with Young T’s girl. Tered almost accomplishes his goal of getting head 🤣 but then wakes up to find out it was all a dream. He awakes from his sleep and is now back to being a nobody. He overslept, is late for school, and has many messages from his parents, leaving them on read. The character named Tered, who starts off the day as a nobody and wakes up one day as a somebody, represents me. My real first name is Tered, aka Young T, who constantly thinks of himself as a nobody, and is always dreaming about being an actual somebody one day. That’s why as Tered in the song, thinks of “Young T” as a different version of himself. Ion know it’s hard to explain lol 😭 But yeah, you guys get the point.
