Charges Pending
so y'all look. I have dealt with a bad substance use issue my whole life. I have always been an addict. until three weeks ago for the longest time I really didn't care if I live or die. I didn't care whether my mental health was good or not because I was self medicating. I got arrested in july for a Petty larceny charge, spent 30 days got time served, no probation or anything. I had a crack stem in my pocket on that day. now my past is coming back to haunt me y'all.... three weeks ago I decided that I was done with my old life. time to make a change for the better. sure I may be 31 but that doesn't matter. it's NEVER too late for change! they hit me with the felony possession of a schedule 1 substance, but check this out! the magistrate told me if I follow the conditions of my bond, until November 8th that they are likely to drop the charge. I'm hoping that's the case. might be on probation with random drug testing, but hey that's all good!
