Love you.mum you know I do don't know why you disappeared out the blue I miss you mum, every single day Wish I could hear your voice, hear what you'd say Memories of you, they never fade I remember all the good times, the laughs and the smiles But now it's all gone, just memories in piles I tried to move on, but I can't deny That deep down inside, I still want you by my side I know we had our differences, our fights and our tears I'll always cherish the moments we had together Even though it's over, thought you were meant to be my mom, but you left me all alone Feeling abandoned, like a dog without a bone I grew up in a broken home, no love to call my own Just a kid lost in the world, trying to find my way back home You were supposed to protect me, be my guiding light But you chose to walk away, leaving me to fight Through the darkness and the pain, I learned to stand tall But deep down inside, I still feel so small I tried to understand why you chose to leave Was I not enough, did you not believe In the bond between a mother and her child Or was I just another burden, driving you wild I've grown up now, but the scars still remain A constant reminder of the emotional strain I may never know the reasons why you walked away But I'll keep moving forward, no matter what they say I thought you were meant to be my mom, but I've come to realize That sometimes in life, we're dealt a hand that's full of lies But I won't let that define me, I'll rise above it all And become the person I was always meant to be, standing tall.
