You're it if you don't know it yet Then you're a gift from the gods still in bubble wrap. Don't deny your greatness if you and your inner child have never met. You may call yourself a mess Your peers never do. People you've never met say you're a piece of work You might have slept in puddles of tears after hours and hours that your eyes wept But in your pain lies your character in depth. Use the pain as fuel Cause you were blessed with tools to manifest. If you don't feel the pressure then it's diamonds you neglect. Your crown is in your cranium No matter how many chains you hang Your mind is still the brightest jewel. If you look into the mirror with a smile then just like that your shine is back. That's evidence of fairytale material like the genie inside a lamp. You can soar higher than Aladdin on a mat. You're it. Never doubt your power lies within. Troubles wish to spread you thin. But you're it. there'll never be another copy you're legit. Anything you do then you better do it big. When It's tough times then you better show your grit. Take your pick. Will you scale the mountain towards the peak or settle for a ditch.
