I'm sick of alcohol holding me back Been awhile since I even wrote a rap Now its time to come back Kill thoughts of suicide Take control of my life If I don't Imma die And I'm not ready yet Gotta get more rest, get back on my meds This is for the loved ones that are not here today Won't let ya die in vain, pour my heart on this page stay strong thru the dark days Rebuild when my heart breaks Can't take it anymore, I'm giving up the drinks I gotta move forward, I just wanna be free I'm done losin sleep, it's time to man up Stand up and show em what I'm made of Gotta stay tough, I'm a bear clan Put my fist up, I'm a warrior Proud to be a native, Proud of my heritage proud of my skin Im reppin my tribes Shotout to my kin Gotta be the man that I know that I am 0 Wont kill myself, I'll find myself instead If i do fall down, imma pick myself up Again and again, I'm not givin up Keep my foot on the gas, till the wheels fall off This is where I take my stand So I gotta stay strong I took the mask off This is who I really am I'm glad we finally met Gave my other side a chance Can't trust em with my life Didn't really have a choice I have to take control Got no more time to waste Gotta reach my goals Gotta kill my fear Gotta get on stage Show myself that I'm brave I'll kill a lot of flows and play alot of shows I gotta let em know, I'm more than the jokes I'm givin it my all, I'm puttin my soul in everything I write A note to myself, That this is how I fight, to reach a better life This is not just for me but also for my wife can't thank you enough for standing by my side Showing me the love I never thought was real So strong when we're together, our bond will never sever, I mean it when I say that I love you forever. Times are a little tough but it'll get better I know we'll survive through any type of weather
