Ego Trip

Once while I was preaching the Shiva Purana at the Shiva Shakti temple. The guy helping out in chorus was my dads good friend. He interrupted me because he didn’t like the narrative and he wanted the preaching to end. I tried explaining myself to him by saying a chaupai. “Hari anant Hari katha ananta, Kahet sunat bahu vidhi sab santa.” “God is unlimited and so are his stories, Every saints narrative varies.” My dads friend still wasn’t willing to listen. After the prayer some older ladies said to me that they were enjoying listening to me preach. That’s some experience I have about how people with knowledge and not the correct ones becomes egoistic.
