#slashvin #thedevilisaliar #truth   I said the devil is a liar A truth falsifier Same old modus operandi he’s uninspired cause My shield of faith is not ecclesiastical attire It’ll hold up in the line of fire It’ll go wire to wire Cause It was forged in refiners fire So I’ll say it again The devil is not your friend He’s a liar and has been Ever since the beginning Remember Adam and Eve In the Garden of Eden, The serpent told Eve she should be eating From the tree of good and evil During her next feeding Cause he was feeding her Something that would leading her to monthly bleeding And childbirth that would be excruciating   Classic bait and switch He was easily baiting She was super thirsty Her mouth was probably salivating And I’m not hating I love knowledge too So there’s no debating Knowing the devil is a liar A different choice I would be making So I say he’s a liar in every sense of the word Has it ever occurred to ya the damage he’s doing It’s absurd it’ll ruin ya He seeks to steal kill and destroy He wants to end ya But there is one that wants to defend ya  Bobbing and weaving he’ll keep you in rhythm As you traverse life’s Giant chasm From birth to death to life again I can’t curb my enthusiasm    So it’s Holy holy holy I’m all in finally wholly The mystery is slowly unrolling and unfolding The human connection was immediately emboldening The holy spirt is now controlling My heart and soul from sin is disenrolling So It should be disconcerting And disturbing that so many Live this life overworking The earthly vessel That back to dust will be returning Then hope that their eternal soul is deserving If not they’ll be redshirting Not participating no crown awarding   So renew, Refocus, and reapply How are you doing your time Are you Applying biblical principles To how you live your life? No more eye for eye But grace and love And a lot of forgiveness And loving your neighbor As yourself It was but for his saving grace He pulled me out of the miry clay And gave me a new song I can sang A wiped away my sins till it was blank That’s a blank slate Now I can slay The enemy when he comes my way As long as I die to myself everyday
