Dream Catcher
A description of life the last few years. Others can relate. It was created just the way it is so that it is different without following any rules or having to be a certain way for understanding, voice, expression, individuality, or the content to have meaning. It won't have a catchy hook or be sang by others. It was executed exactly how I was feeling when it was recorded. I knew nothing about bars or flow to a beat when writing but made it fit into a story using less and rhyming words. It transitions from negative confessions as one's self to a positive mind set and what you can do about it. With so many different emotions it's hard to vary expression the expression as while singing it as others suggest. I wouldn't change a thing. Almost a country song to a beat. I only did 2 takes on short notice, first time in studio and nervous while others started. The tracks were identical that producer overlapped them in one. He threw out nothing. No carding...okay.
