thinking

I've been thinking and I've been drinking and all that does is lead to rethinking somebody please help me now it feels like I'm sinking and I'm fearing what I'm becoming i was hitting and kicking my walls all the way down the halls i tried fishing to take my mind off it now I'm trying singing to get my mind off it i seem to find that grind is really kind still most days I'm sitting in my dark room fearing what I'm becoming I've already attempted suicide, slit my wrists, on February of this year i grabbed my ar15 and pulled the trigger that's the truth my whole family walked away from me, now I'm fearing what's going to happen next Please call 1800 273-8255
