'm sitting in my livingroom my heads down I'm lost soul searching thinking of ways I can climb myself out depression has set in its getting bad now 8 months ago I was happier than I ever been life was lookin really good feels like it wasn't nothing butta dream now I shoulda never left, I shoulda stayed right where I was at, at OBH house, GOD was on my side every step of the way. BLESSING after blessings kept coming my way. I even got my old job back , now that was a blessin my son looked at me different tha pain was gone . now that's tha work of god, that's a blessin cause before when he looked at me he seen his daddy in destruction. time went on an i strayed away from tha one who gave my life back. thought I had it beat, now look where I'm at now that same foolish thinking, it'll be different, I can manage this time and I can live life with it. that's tha thinking that made me write this song. cause as fast as God gave it he will take it all back. and if you don't believe dat sorry ima living witness but for me it's time to pick up all tha peaces, throw them all away cause with gos I don't need them. put my trust in him he will never miss lead me, put that dope down young people, cause misery death or jail is the only place it leads ya, cookouts with the fam, park with the kids, true happiness in life isn't possible, cause dope comes before happiness and everything else. so put down I'm here to tell you there is away out. GOD seek him I promise u will find him . trust in him, let him take control you wanna better life? walk with him, he's gonna lead you to life that you've only dreamed of.. so put it down let's walk together, get some knowledge, and help the next man out.
