I woke this morning with a spade in my back Watching people lying dying in the streets Old blue and red lights at the end of the day Barrels everywhere bodies on the floor My son looking in the mirror saw me all bloody Fear running slowly in the overcrowded bunker Far away a bunch of imbeciles yelling to the crowds A president stabbed in the back at the entrance Wasps flying around me unknowing what they want The walls of crumbling houses made of blood red stones Insects crawling on bodies believers swimming in gutters I wonder why the admirals don’t respond to my wishes And everywhere the politicians speaking of this crazy facts Tired and deranged legions and I don’t know why Empty hearts and pockets with no money to save Surprised I am still alive surprised I’m blaming you
