i hit the road going hard I'm destined to win it all started with my family and friends its another day another dollar so it begins elevating myself my family my friends music flowing through me I'm here once again I need a brighter future not covered in sins Ive been praying to god please help me again I'm done cleaning my closet stacking skeletons the first steps the hardest admitting that we sin that we might have horns where halos should have been I thought I buried my demons when I began every time I get going they resurface again looking in the mirror I tell em they cant win I'm the captain of this ship thats sailing in the wind I'm destined for the top and i will bury them again this time I'm not weak I'm stronger than my sins I've been lying to to my self to my family my friends thinking I don't have demons and problems like them but I'm not perfect without scars from my sins every time I thought I changed I'm only shedding skins
