don't blame yourself sometimes something happens in life You blame yourself and you pick up a knife You cut yourself watching the blood drip down People start to worry couse the scars start building up You say your fine that your ok You carry a smile on your face But that's the fake you Your not really ok your trapped inside Wanting to know if you'll ever be free it's scary Something happens you blame yourself And that's what happens But you gotta know it's ok it wasn't your fault man you can't live life full of regrets And blaming yourself is something many of us do But hey it's ok to feel bad it's ok to be sad but you cant pick up the knife and cut yourself Thinking every time you bleed it gets better but it's not every time you bleed a toxic air gets in makes it worst you can't stop and all the hurt is ready to burst Go talk to a friend go talk to a therapist go talk to your mom becouse people who care about you can never truly be gone The cuts on your arms the scars are a reminder that you stopped blaming yourself and your a fighter Your loved and what happened wasn't Your fault So stop blaming yourself Go live life without regret Not having to cut I promis it'll be lit
