standing there in the dark, treating me like a shark, why on earth am I here, why does life seem so hard, words can never be heard, I wanna be free like a bird, I'm getting racist remarks, and now I'm hiding in Clark's, now I'm hiding in Clark's, now I'm hiding in Clark's, getting racist remarks, now I'm hiding in Clark's cant see that I'm hurtin, cant see that I'm broke, one minute I'm happy, next minute I'm bolting, had a like any other, had dreams, I had goals, had shelter had clothes, standing there in the dark.
